A man on a moped has life-threatening injuries after a Columbia crash. Police say an SUV crossed into the wrong lane of Green Meadows Road near Green Meadows Circle at about 5 p.m. Wednesday and hit Nicholas Schneider’s scooter. The 21-year-old Warrenton man was ejected. Schneider is in a hospital at last check.
