Another update on Columbia and Boone County’s COVID-19 response is on the agenda for Monday night’s Columbia City Council meeting. Health director Stephanie Browning extended the latest health order on Friday. Bars and restaurants have to close at 10:30 p.m. until Nov. 3. Other business includes looking at possible improvements to Rock Bridge Park.
