MU Health Care has named its new CEO.
The company announced Wednesday in a news release that Ric Ransom is taking the job. Ransom was most recently president of the University of Wisconsin Hospitals in the Madison Region, and had worked there since 2018. He has spent nearly two decades in health care leadership.
Ransom takes over for Jonathan Curtright, who left the job in July for the University of Oklahoma health system.
