Caption this: Have Luke Bryan and Katy Perry turned into the Marx Brothers?

ABC/Eric LiebowitzIt looks like there will definitely be some surprises in store, when the new season of American Idol premieres March 11 on ABC.

“Caption this,” Luke Bryan shared on social media on Tuesday, along with a photo of him dressed in a nearly identical curly wig and black mustache as Katy Perry. While the pop star seems to be channeling her best Groucho Marx, Luke – on the other hand — looks less than pleased. Fellow judge Lionel Richie stands between them, looking a little stunned.

It’s anyone’s guess exactly what’s going on, but we should find out the second Sunday in March, when the Idol reboot premieres at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
