Jefferson City parks director resigns

Jefferson City Parks and Recreation director Todd Spaulding has resigned. The city send a release with news Friday. Spaulding had been on unpaid leave since August and was required to take a professional training course before he could return. Spaulding had worked for the department for seven years. Eric Grefrath will serve as interim parks director.
